Rail connections to Waterloo can be found at Witley, Milford and Godalming which underlines the areas popularity for commuters. Sporting and recreational facilities are well catered for at Godalming Leisure Centre, which also offers a driving range and golf course as well as squash and tennis courts. For walkers there are many areas of outstanding natural beauty including common and heath land owned or managed by The National Trust. There is a varied choice of private and state schools in the area that cover all age groups.

From Godalming town centre, proceed out of town along the Portsmouth Road towards Milford. On reaching the mini roundabout, turn left into Church Road and onto the next roundabout. Take the first exit onto the Petworth Road (A283), and after 0.8 mile turn right into Wheeler Lane. Continue along Wheeler Lane and into Gasden Lane and after 0.6 mile, turn left into Gasden Copse. Green Acres will be seen shortly along on the left hand side.
