A local Farnham boy, Daniel has never moved too far from home during his 20+ years in estate agency and knows the Surrey Hills and Hampshire areas inside out. He's lost count of the number of people he's helped buy and sell their homes, many of whom are repeat customers he's supported through several moves. His straightforward, no nonsense approach and advice gives people confidence in entrusting him with one of life's biggest milestones. In his spare time, Daniel attempts to perfect his golf swing at West Surrey Golf Club, nervously watches Arsenal and relaxes with a spot of (often injury-inducing) DIY at home.
Claire Seward
Lettings Manager
Claire joined the Grayshott office after dealing with the sales team when looking to buy a property and realised that they seemed a thoroughly decent bunch! Claire has over 20 years of experience in the lettings industry in both London and Surrey but is happiest working for a company that offers its clients a bespoke personal service. Claire lives in Lower Bourne with her partner and cat Turnip (yes, Turnip) and enjoys visiting family, travelling, weekends away and is partial to a skiing holiday and particularly enjoys a leisurely fondue and a glass of wine on the slopes. Trips have included Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Italy and France, happily tying in a number of Grand Prix's during these trips.
Ian Smith

A familiar figure in the local property market since 1982, Ian is probably one of the areas most experienced estate agents having first worked in Grayshott in 1983. Ian has witnessed all the highs and lows in the industry over the last forty years, and his extensive local knowledge, experience and expertise gained by working across Grayshott, Liphook, Haslemere and Alton is appreciated by colleagues and clients alike. Ian has lived in Liphook since 1999 and is married with two teenage sons, is a keen music enthusiast and loves exploring the areas abundant walks and open countryside.
Petra Rabstein
Sales
Petra joined the Grayshott team after engaging Warren Powell-Richards to both sell and buy her houses over the years. She was so impressed that she wanted to join the company!
She brings a wealth of sales and marketing knowledge combined with plenty of experience in negotiating and selling in a consultative way. Having bought and sold on numerous occasions she also has a clear understanding of clients’ needs and requirements and as a real people person likes to establish a high level of rapport and trust.
She has lived in and around the Grayshott area for many years and therefore has am expert knowledge of the local area.
On a lighter note … She enjoys football which can become a very lively debate in the office!
Dean Henderson
Sales
Dean has an extensive background incorporating both the digital and commercial sectors, but most recently and for several years Dean has been developing properties as well as managing numerous refurbishment projects. Having lived for much of his life in Ealing, West London, Dean and his family saw the merits of living in the Home Counties and now lives happily in the area with his wife and two sons. Away from the office, Dean is keen on all sports and supports Brentford Football Club, loves tennis and runs in half marathons.
Susy Brooks
Office Manager
Susy joined the Grayshott team in 2023. She brings a wealth of operational, administrative and marketing experience and for many years ran her own PR and marketing business. Susy brings superb organisational skills and, as Office Manager, is the backbone within the office. Susy has lived in Grayshott for many years and has extensive knowledge of the local area. When not at work, Susy has two teenage daughters and enjoys spending time with the family, walking the dog and visiting the local health spa for Yoga, Spinning and many other activities.
