Our People
At Atlas, we pride ourselves on having a highly skilled and dedicated team of real estate professionals. Our team is composed of experienced agents, brokers, and support staff who are passionate about helping you achieve your real estate goals.

Louie Schoeman
Louie Schoeman
Ensuring our workforce remains diverse, Louie is our latest four-legged team member. He is mostly based in Watford however is fortunate enough to spend at least one day a week in our Farnham branch with his Human, Leila. His favourite past times involve football and wind breaking. Both to a professional standard. Despite this, he needs a stick to keep the women at bay. Especially Trish.

Leila Schoeman
Head of Accounts
Leila has joined us as head of accounts, after being in the lettings accounts industry for 10 years. During that time she has collected various performance and achievement awards which demonstrate quite clearly the importance of paying attention at school. Her enthusiasm for the job has driven her to develop several processes and standardised procedures that have been implemented across her career to streamline the business. However of more interest to us is her gorgeous French Bulldog Louie (aka The Gremlin). There is no suggestion that Louie is a naughty boy but shortly after getting him Leila immediately enrolled in a canine psychology, training, communication, and behaviour course. Leila moved from South Africa some years ago and now lives with her fiancé and Louie. She states a love of the ocean and sun which makes us question the sanity of her move to the UK. More indulgent likes include reading, computer games, films, sweets, and cheese. Whilst also admitting to being a coffee snob, her final confession is a love of food but a dislike of cooking.

Joel Anslow
Sales & Lettings Negotiator
Joel is a proper local lad and has lived in Liphook all his life, giving him great knowledge of the local area. He was educated at Bohunt School and, after finishing, gained his first experience in the property world in 2024 with another local agent. He is keen to develop his career in property and he strives to engage with clients to ensure that he is giving them the best possible service that he can.
In his spare time, Joel can often be found at the gym or out running, pursuing his health and fitness goals. He also enjoys training and playing rugby and has recently joined the local Haslemere Community Rugby Club.

Kyle Nelson-Esch
Director of Lettings
Kyle has joined us in a senior management position as our Director of lettings. This side of our business has grown exponentially and requires the appointment of somebody with gravitas and experience. Kyle has worked in the industry for the last 13 years with two large corporate London agencies and the last few years have been at director level. On a more interesting note Kyle lives in Liphook with his wife and young son. We couldn’t, however, help noticing that he is actually a South African. Despite being a resident of the UK for very many years he still maintains that ‘all year round BBQ’ is both a thing and highly enjoyable…..Hmm. We are also aware of his sports obsession with favourites being Cricket and Rugby, obviously. Also mentioned were cycling, running, Formular one and MotoGP which pretty well covers everything especially as he correctly say’s Arsenal are his football team. What set’s Kyle apart from most is that he actually plays his favourite sports to a higher than average level.

Howard Jennings
Valuations Manager
A local Guildford boy, Howard has never moved too far from home during his 10+ years in estate agency and knows the Surrey Hills and Hampshire inside out. He’s lost count of the number of people he’s helped buy and sell their homes, many of whom are repeat customers he’s supported through several moves. His straightforward, no-nonsense approach and advice gives people confidence in entrusting him with one of life’s biggest milestones. In his spare time, Howard helps his father repair classic cars, nervously watches Chelsea and plays board games with his wife Katy.

Tommy Sternson
Lettings Manager
Tommy is an experienced Property Lettings Manager with over 10 years of sales experience across various industries, including call centres and the stock market. After moving back to the UK from Vancouver a few years ago, Tommy moved from city life to live in the countryside. This life change sparked his transition into property management, where he has successfully applied his sales expertise to drive results and build lasting client relationships.
Growing up, Tommy was always highly competitive and driven, qualities that fuelled his passion for sports. He played semi-professional basketball for Guildford and competed in clay pigeon shooting for Surrey County. These experiences sharpened his focus, determination, and teamwork, traits that he brings to his professional life.
With a strong background in client relations, negotiation, and sales strategies, Tommy is known for his attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and results-driven approach. He is committed to providing exceptional service and continues to thrive in the ever-evolving property sector.
