If you’re a landlord, or someone that’s thinking of becoming a landlord, then it’s likely that you’re becoming increasingly familiar with two words: Renters’ Reform.

As the UK awaits the new legislation, which is likely to come into effect towards the end of this year or the beginning of next, we’re receiving a lot of questions from existing and prospective landlords, all of whom are unsure of what it means for them.

The result? Confusion and uncertainty.

An estate agent’s view

To dispel the myths and clear up any confusion, we’ve taken steps to inform, educate and reassure landlords – seasoned property portfolio holders and those considering entering the market – by launching two things, both of which you can benefit from for FREE.

Firstly, we’ve produced Getting Ready for Renters’ Reform: a 10-point guide to the forthcoming legislation, which you can download and use as a tool to get you up to speed.

Secondly, we’re hosting a live webinar on <<DATE>>, which will be joined by Helpland – a legal firm specialising in tenant eviction and debt recovery. The event is free to attend and will be followed by a Q&A to provide you with the opportunity to ask questions on anything that you need clarity on.
