Tessa has worked in the residential property industry for over twenty years. Her experience includes Lettings, Sales and working as a Buying Agent in South West London and Surrey, Hampshire and West Sussex.

She lives in South Farnham with her two boys who are schooled locally and has lived in Surrey for over ten years, leaving the big smoke for a nicer pace of life and a greener place to bring up two high energy boys!

When she’s not opening doors and helping Landlords find the perfect tenant, she indulges her other passion, Styling. So with a keen eye for detail and some good taste thrown in, she can assure you that your property will be marketed beautifully and will attract the right tenant for you. In her spare time her hobbies are collecting dresses, and anything which sparkles, yoga (she is a qualified yoga teacher), trail running and standing on the side of a football pitch every Saturday morning watching football!

Ian Smith

Head of Office

A familiar figure in the local property market since 1982, Ian is probably one of the areas most experienced estate agents having first worked in Grayshott in 1983. Ian has witnessed all the highs and lows in the industry over the last forty years, and his extensive local knowledge, experience and expertise gained by working across Grayshott, Liphook, Haslemere and Alton is appreciated by colleagues and clients alike. Ian has lived in Liphook since 1999 and is married with two teenage sons, is a keen music enthusiast and loves exploring the areas abundant walks and open countryside.

Petra Rabstein

Sales and Lettings Negotiator

Petra joined the Grayshott team after engaging Warren Powell-Richards to both sell and buy her houses over the years. She was so impressed that she wanted to join the company!

She brings a wealth of sales and marketing knowledge combined with plenty of experience in negotiating and selling in a consultative way. Having bought and sold on numerous occasions she also has a clear understanding of clients’ needs and requirements and as a real people person likes to establish a high level of rapport and trust.

She has lived in and around the Grayshott area for many years and therefore has expert knowledge of the local area.

On a lighter note … She enjoys football which can become a very lively debate in the office!

Susy Brooks

Office Manager

Susy joined the Grayshott team in 2023. She brings a wealth of operational, administrative and marketing experience and for many years ran her own PR and marketing business. Susy brings superb organisational skills and, as Office Manager, is the backbone within the office. Susy has lived in Grayshott for many years and has extensive knowledge of the local area. When not at work, Susy has two teenage daughters and enjoys spending time with the family, walking the dog and visiting the local health spa for Yoga, Spinning and many other activities.

Tom Clegg

Sales Negotiator

Having grown up in and around the local area, Tom has strong local knowledge. He was educated at Bohunt School in Liphook and graduated from Portsmouth University.

Tom’s background is in hospitality as well as having spent some time working with another local agent, so he brings exceptional customer service experience to the team ensuring the highest level of service to buyers and sellers. When not in the WPR Grayshott office, Tom is a keen golfer and also spends time going to the gym as he is long standing member at Forest Mere Spa in Liphook.
