Patricia Brown
Head of Property Management
Heading up the WPR Property Management team Trish brings many years of experience to our letting team. Based in our Farnham head office her organised approach to her role provides an exceptionally high level of customer service. She enjoys getting to know her landlords, tenants and their properties to ensure she can meet their needs when issues arise. She has lived locally in Surrey and Hampshire for the majority of her life, apart from a spell of time living in Wiltshire. Returning to her roots in 2001 with her grown-up family, Trish enjoys spending her free time exploring new places in the sun and dog sitting.
Paula Young
Accounts
Paula was born and raised in Hampshire although in search of adventure she lived for a while in the Ionian Island of Greece where she loved both the climate and the landscape. Now back in Surrey she enjoys long walks, socialising with family and friends and a spot of gentle gardening. This is combined with a love of music, festivals, and concerts. As part of the WPR head office accountancy team Paula has an impressive eye for detail and works hard with her colleagues to make sure that our landlord’s receive their rent in a timely and efficient manner.
Melissa Cannons
Property Manager
Melissa lives in Alton with her little girl which is where she was originally from although she moved to Holland for a few years as a baby. She is a big music lover and enjoys going to gigs. She is also a fan of the great outdoors and spending time with her family. When we asked for something quirky about her, we discovered that her favourite animals are cows and lobsters which she fully accepts is a bit weird, but weird in our opinion is good! Her work passion is the property business and to learn all aspects of it. She particular enjoys working in Property Management as she likes to problem solve and so she must be really happy as Property Management always has its fair share of problems to sort out.
Rosie Sutherland
Senior Property Manager
Rosie was born in Portsmouth, grew up in Gosport and now lives happily in Guildford with her husband and their two sons. It must be a noisy household as Rosie plays the piano and sings, her husband plays the drums, and her boys are learning the piano and the guitar. Just imagine being their neighbour! With degrees in English Literature & Language and Counselling & Psychotherapy it’s also a studious household as further demonstrated by Rosie working on her great novel which remains half-finished following the end of lockdown. With her further interest in crochet and knitting Rosie also claims that if you can make it in wool then she will. All this activity begs the question how she has the time to be such a fantastic member of our Property Management team but without doubt she absolutely does. I can only put it down to her amazing organisational skills.
Dan Vasey
Partner
A local Farnham boy, Daniel has never moved too far from home during his 20+ years in estate agency and knows the Surrey Hills and Hampshire areas inside out. He’s lost count of the number of people he’s helped buy and sell their homes, many of whom are repeat customers he’s supported through several moves. His straightforward, no nonsense approach and advice gives people confidence in entrusting him with one of life’s biggest milestones. In his spare time, Daniel attempts to perfect his golf swing at West Surrey Golf Club, nervously watches Arsenal and relaxes with a spot of (often injury-inducing) DIY at home.
Simon Greenwood
Lettings Manager
Simon has lived in the local area for more than 40 years, with a background in the property industry including overseas for over 25 years; he prides himself on the quality of service he gives to all his clients. Simon regards Godalming as a town that stands head and shoulders above others for its above average quality of life and enjoys introducing quality tenants to all his clients, many recommending him to friends as a result. In his spare time, Simon enjoys time with his wife and two children, he plays percussion and is also a keen amateur cook, always to be found in the kitchen tinkering with strange and exotic ingredients in the hope of producing something palatable! A lifetime Leeds United supporter.
Neil Pritchard
Sales
Neil has lived in Godalming for more than 20 years and has worked as an estate agent in the town for most of that time. Neil’s local knowledge and experience have assisted many buyers and sellers during that time to help with their move to or from this area. When Neil is not working he enjoys Ceroc dancing and walks in the Surrey or Hampshire Countryside, followed by some well-deserved refreshment in a nearby public house!
Stephen Simmonds
Sales
An experienced property professional for over 30 years, Stephen has enjoyed a wonderful career in property working within the Surrey market in the towns of Weybridge, Walton on Thames, Epsom, West Byfleet, Woking and Godalming. He is a firm believer that best part of working in estate agency is showing families around their future family home and using his expertise, experience and determination to make sure the move proceeds as smoothly as possible. Married with two grown up children, he spends some of his free time enjoying the wonderful Surrey Hills countryside and is a member of the National Trust with Winkworth Arboretum being a particular favourite destination. What time remains is spent with family and friends, visits to the theatre and long walks in the countryside.
Cathy Payne
Sales
After working in education for nearly 20 year, Cathy decided to change career; she now works Monday to Friday in recruitment and on Saturdays enjoys working with us at WPR. She has a family background in property; her father was an architect/surveyor and she often accompanied him around building sites to see new homes under construction. Her interest in property continues to the present day, having organise the property makeovers of 2 houses and is currently working on improving her house in Godalming. When she is not working she enjoys visiting National Trust properties, performing with the Godalming Operatic Society and socialising with friends.
