Terms and conditions
- The campaign runs until 28th February 2026.
- As part of a targeted promotion, Warren Powell-Richards will send a select number of recipients, as chosen by the estate agency, a Valentine’s Day card offering those who instruct the business, as a direct result of receiving the card, a meal out up to the value of £200.
- The first 10 recipients to instruct Warren Powell-Richards following receipt of the card will be able to claim the cost of the meal, up to a value of £200, immediately by presenting the receipt to their nearest Warren Powell-Richards office. Subsequent claimants will receive a refund of their meal, up to a value of £200, on completion of the sale of their property.
- The £200 cash gift is only claimable in relation to purchases made at a restaurant.
- Those claiming their gift can choose any restaurant. However, the claimant is responsible for any costs incurred over £200.
- The free gift, in terms of its amount, how it can be spent and how it can be claimed is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
- Only those to whom the card was addressed can claim the £200 gift.
- The prize is as stated, not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
- The competition may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
