Terms and conditions
- The campaign runs from Saturday 1st November until Sunday 30th November.
- Those instructing Warren Powell-Richards to sell their property during November can claim a FREE home staging consultation – worth £200 – from Home of Staging (Chloe Martin). Those wishing to claim it must quote STAGE25 to qualify – they don’t automatically get it without referencing the promotional code.
- Claimants’ details will be passed to Chloe Martin, who will arrange the consultations directly with the vendor.
- No cash alternative will be offered.
- The free gift is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
- Warren Powell-Richards reserves the right to withdraw the offer to homeowners who, for any reason, cancel their instruction within November.
- Only homeowners can receive a free staging consultation.
- The prize is as stated, not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
- The competition may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
