Tom Clegg has been promoted from Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator at the Grayshott office of Warren Powell-Richards (WPR) to Sales Valuer at the Alton branch after only two years with the business.
At 23 years old, Tom has already carved out a strong reputation for helping WPR’s clients find their perfect home since joining the Surrey & Hampshire estate agency as Junior Negotiator in 2024.
Working closely with the Business Development Team, his new focus will be on building the sales pipeline, securing instructions and supporting WPR’s continuing growth plan.
On his promotion, Tom comments: “This is an exciting opportunity to develop my career, learn as much as I can and continue to build WPR’s reputation as a community-focussed estate agent. Working with Clive and Polly, two longstanding members of the Alton team, I now look forward to playing a wider role in growing WPR’s market share in Alton and the surrounding areas.”
