Take our Halloween property poll and you could win a spa day for two worth over £400.
As a longstanding Surrey and Hampshire estate agent, we know that everyone has their own property deal-breakers.
For some, it’s noisy neighbours. For others, it’s damp, subsidence or Japanese knotweed. But what if you found your dream home, only to discover you weren’t the only one living there?
This Halloween, we’re finding out what really scares Surrey and Hampshire homebuyers.
Would you buy a house reputed to be haunted? Would knowing somebody had died there make you think twice? And what would frighten you more – a ghost in the attic or a survey that uncovered subsidence?
Our Halloween property poll takes less than two minutes to complete.
And, as a thank you for taking part, participants will automatically enter our prize draw to win a spa day for two at the Forest Mere Champneys in Hampshire.
Take the poll below … if you dare.
The poll closes at 5pm on Friday 16th October. Prize draw terms and conditions apply.
