Our People
At Atlas, we pride ourselves on having a highly skilled and dedicated team of real estate professionals. Our team is composed of experienced agents, brokers, and support staff who are passionate about helping you achieve your real estate goals.

Kyle Nelson-Esch
Director of Lettings
Kyle has joined us in a senior management position as our Director of lettings. This side of our business has grown exponentially and requires the appointment of somebody with gravitas and experience. Kyle has worked in the industry for the last 13 years with two large corporate London agencies and the last few years have been at director level. On a more interesting note Kyle lives in Liphook with his wife and young son. We couldn’t, however, help noticing that he is actually a South African. Despite being a resident of the UK for very many years he still maintains that ‘all year round BBQ’ is both a thing and highly enjoyable…..Hmm. We are also aware of his sports obsession with favourites being Cricket and Rugby, obviously. Also mentioned were cycling, running, Formular one and MotoGP which pretty well covers everything especially as he correctly say’s Arsenal are his football team. What set’s Kyle apart from most is that he actually plays his favourite sports to a higher than average level.

Howard Jennings
Valuations Manager
A local Guildford boy, Howard has never moved too far from home during his 10+ years in estate agency and knows the Surrey Hills and Hampshire inside out. He’s lost count of the number of people he’s helped buy and sell their homes, many of whom are repeat customers he’s supported through several moves. His straightforward, no-nonsense approach and advice gives people confidence in entrusting him with one of life’s biggest milestones. In his spare time, Howard helps his father repair classic cars, nervously watches Chelsea and plays board games with his wife Katy.

Tommy Sternson
Lettings Manager
Tommy is an experienced Property Lettings Manager with over 10 years of sales experience across various industries, including call centers and the stock market. After moving back to the UK from Vancouver a few years ago, he decided to stay when he met his now fiancée. Together, they moved from the city to the countryside, where they share their home with three dogs: Saxon, Sergeant, and Scout. This life change sparked his transition into property management, where he has successfully applied his sales expertise to drive results and build lasting client relationships.
Growing up, Tommy was always highly competitive and driven, qualities that fueled his passion for sports. He played semi-professional basketball for Guildford and competed in clay pigeon shooting for Surrey County. These experiences sharpened his focus, determination, and teamwork, traits that he brings to his professional life.
With a strong background in client relations, negotiation, and sales strategies, Tommy is known for his attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and results-driven approach. He is committed to providing exceptional service and continues to thrive in the ever-evolving property sector.

Melvin Taylor
Office Whippet
Melvin is a valued member of the Grayshott team, his easy-going nature putting clients at ease immediately upon introduction. Born in the Surrey hills Melvin did not have the easiest start, being hit by a car, and left as a puppy. Since then, however he has lead a fulfilling life and career working on a small holding and has since semi-retired into working one or two days a week in the office at WPR. His hobbies include running and kayaking with his adoptive family.

Cherie Harding
Sales Negotiator
Cherie has lived in Fernhurst for many years and absolutely loves living in the countryside with its opportunities for walking her Tibetan Terrier called Pandora. (Pandy for short). Highly active she is keen on interior design and DIY and has spent the last 5 years renovating her home. Cherie works Monday to Friday as a credit controller for a Gaming company but with her love of all things property related we at WPR are lucky enough to have her at weekend as a sales assistant. Holding down two jobs doesn’t leave much time for other pursuits but when possible keep fit and boot camp are priorities as is socialising with family and friends.

Jack Marvin
Lettings Manager
Jack has spent much of his working career within the property industry, in both Lettings and Sales around the Surrey and Hampshire area. Driven by offering his clients the best possible experience, his goal is to offer a truly tailor-made service so that his clients can go about their day to day life’s knowing that their most valuable asset is being well looked after. In addition to his role here Jack also claims to be quite the gym fanatic within his spare time, although nobody is yet to see any evidence of this!
