Steven Tebbutt MNAEA
Branch Manager
Steve was born, raised, and spent the first 20 years of his life in Coventry, but we forgive him for that. In an unusual preparation for a career in Estate Agency he gained a degree in applied biology which he only used for a short time whilst working in an army research establishment. In 1987, he saw the light, became an honorary southerner, and began a career in Estate Agency where he has worked in Farnham for approaching 30 years.
With a keen interest in all sports, he admits that age now dictates that he is more of an armchair spectator than a participant. His first love remains Coventry City but over recent years that has been a very heavy cross to bear and so, he guiltily confesses to being a closet Arsenal fan.
Married with 3 children, outside of work he enjoys an active social life, and has been fortunate to travel widely with particular highlights being the United States and Hong Kong which he has been lucky enough to visit on several occasions. He is also a keen reader particularly enjoying fantasy novels.
Stacey Allan MNAEA MARLA
Assistant Branch Manager
Stacey was born in Johannesburg, and lived there until the age of 11. She has always had a keen interest in property and is following in her family footsteps, as her father was a successful agent in South Africa. As a child Stacey used to accompany him and assist in “open house” events. Educated at Tomlinscote School in Frimley and the Farnborough College of Technology her confidence, easy manner, attention to detail and drive for success has made her a natural talent when it comes to Estate Agency. When not busy selling houses Stacey loves to socialise with friends and family.
Ceri Young
Lettings Valuer
Ceri, (a Welsh name, Kerry in English) Joined us in summer 2025 to head up our lettings team in Farnham. Her first managerial appointment has been well earned having carried out the hard yards with another local agent. She has taken to the role like a duck to water after two years in the business and five years in retail. Ceri lives with her boyfriend in Bordon with her 3 cats and only just escapes being labelled a mad cat woman because she has grown up with 5 dogs. Gosh! Continuing the conversation whilst forming this Bio it turns out that as a child Ceri would only eat chicken nuggets and chips however as an adult she has expanded her menu to now include chicken fillets and chips. Which is perfectly fine, unless of course you’re a chicken. Ceri had a wonderful child hood with various trips to Disney world however still retains PTSD when it comes to roller coasters. Educated at Bohunt in Liphook, Ceri was a high achieving student winning various awards and among her A level subjects was psychology which isn’t unsettling at all really. In her leisure time Ceri enjoys reading, running, gaming listening to music and going to gigs and quite sensibly retains a healthy dislike of camping.
Daisy Rogers
Sales and Lettings Negotiator
When Daisy first discussed this bio we immediately spotted a confliction where the words gym and good pub appeared in her opening statement. We were pleased to see however gym was a like whereas a good pub was a love. Daisy lives in Cranleigh and went to Godalming college before leaving for the now compulsory trip around Australia and onto South Eastern Asia. Upon her return Daisy started her career in hospitality as she enjoys the thrill of being sociable and meeting new people. Not even her bubbly disposition prepared her for meeting Ryan Gosling and his assistant whilst serving him coffee. Wow! When quizzed about any pets Daisy explained she had none, followed by ‘not even a cat. I’m sure hamsters and goldfish will be chuffed with the implied upgrade in status. Anyway Daisy joined us in the summer of 2025 in a quest to expand her customer service skills and commit to a fulfilling career as an estate agent. We were very impressed to hear that Daisy danced for around 15 years utilising most styles and genres, however we became less impressed when we learned that it wasn’t nonstop. When not partaking in the above her down time is filled with shopping, listening to music and running.
Sebastien Lewis
Managing Director / Owner
Sebastien acquired Warren Powell Richards following the retirement of two of the three founding partners. We were delighted to see he has boundless enthusiasm and positivity which reminded us of ourselves 30 years ago… We were also pleased to learn he is a car and motor bike enthusiast and more specifically Italian cars and even more specifically Alfa Romeo’s so it is therefore widely accepted within the company that he can do no wrong and has marvellous taste. However, whist discussing his Bio we stumbled upon some concerns. Seb confesses to being half Australian and yet his last meal of choice would be a full English breakfast, leaving us wondering what is wrong with a full Australian. His ideal Home would be a multi bay garage with a bedroom attached which of course is everyman’s dream, he also sites cooking as a passion although, has yet to explain where abouts in the garage this cooking would take place. He finally admits to being keen on D.I.Y whilst also confessing bodging would be more of an apt title.
Kyle Nelson-Esch
Director of Lettings
Kyle has joined us in a senior management position as our Director of lettings. This side of our business has grown exponentially and requires the appointment of somebody with gravitas and experience. Kyle has worked in the industry for the last 13 years with two large corporate London agencies and the last few years have been at director level. On a more interesting note Kyle lives in Liphook with his wife and young son. We couldn’t, however, help noticing that he is actually a South African. Despite being a resident of the UK for very many years he still maintains that ‘all year round BBQ’ is both a thing and highly enjoyable…..Hmm. We are also aware of his sports obsession with favourites being Cricket and Rugby, obviously. Also mentioned were cycling, running, Formular one and MotoGP which pretty well covers everything especially as he correctly say’s Arsenal are his football team. What set’s Kyle apart from most is that he actually plays his favourite sports to a higher than average level.
Leila Schoeman
Head of Accounts
Leila has joined us as head of accounts, after being in the lettings accounts industry for 10 years. During that time she has collected various performance and achievement awards which demonstrate quite clearly the importance of paying attention at school. Her enthusiasm for the job has driven her to develop several processes and standardised procedures that have been implemented across her career to streamline the business. However of more interest to us is her gorgeous French Bulldog Louie (aka The Gremlin). There is no suggestion that Louie is a naughty boy but shortly after getting him Leila immediately enrolled in a canine psychology, training, communication, and behaviour course. Leila moved from South Africa some years ago and now lives with her fiancé and Louie. She states a love of the ocean and sun which makes us question the sanity of her move to the UK. More indulgent likes include reading, computer games, films, sweets, and cheese. Whilst also admitting to being a coffee snob, her final confession is a love of food but a dislike of cooking.
Trish Brown
Head of Property Management
Heading up the WPR Property Management team Trish brings many years of experience to our letting team. Based in our Farnham head office her organised approach to her role provides an exceptionally high level of customer service. She enjoys getting to know her landlords, tenants and their properties to ensure she can meet their needs when issues arise. She has lived locally in Surrey and Hampshire for the majority of her life, apart from a spell of time living in Wiltshire. Returning to her roots in 2001 with her grown-up family, Trish enjoys spending her free time exploring new places in the sun and dog sitting.
Natalie Hurst
Senior Property Manager
Natalie supplies expert support to our busy Property Management team looking after our Landlords Properties and making sure that any issues experienced by tenants are quickly resolved. Her colleagues describe her as both super efficient and super friendly which are the perfect combination for her role. Natalie has lived in the area all her life and when not taking care of properties enjoys walking to keep fit, yoga, cycling, a weekly Pilates class, gardening, and socialising with friends and family. If looking after our clients properties was not enough she also mentions carrying out home improvements on her list of pastimes.
Melissa Cannons
Property Manager
Melissa lives in Alton with her little girl which is where she was originally from although she moved to Holland for a few years as a baby. She is a big music lover and enjoys going to gigs. She is also a fan of the great outdoors and spending time with her family. When we asked for something quirky about her, we discovered that her favourite animals are cows and lobsters which she fully accepts is a bit weird, but weird in our opinion is good! Her work passion is the property business and to learn all aspects of it. She particular enjoys working in Property Management as she likes to problem solve and so she must be really happy as Property Management always has its fair share of problems to sort out.
Estelle Gurney
Move in Manager
Estelle has over 20 years experience of working within the lettings industry and was over the moon when she was offered a job with the Warren-Powell Richards team. Her love for property developed from a young age, when other girls were drawing princesses, Estelle was drawing houses and sticking them on her bedroom wall pretending it was an Estate Agents window!
Estelle has lived in central Farnham for many years where she lives with her husband and daughter. She enjoys being within walking distance of Farnham Park and the town centre.
In her spare time she likes to go shopping and her daughter has also developed a passion for this as well, much to her husbands delight! She also likes to spend time with family and friends, walking, going to the cinema and hopes to take up horse riding again some day. Estelle likes to be organised and tidy and loves compiling a list of what needs doing.
Hannah Manson
Sales
Hannah has lived in Farnham for 40 years and was educated at South Farnham School, before joining our team of Farnham estate agents. She was very athletic in her youth and used to play Roller Hockey for Farnham Ladies Team – The Dolphins. Hannah is a busy mum to two boys and most weekends can be found cheering from the side lines watching her eldest son play football for Farnham United. When she does get some spare time, she enjoys some much needed retail therapy and listening to House Music, which has been a lifelong passion.
Sybil Tebbutt
General dogs’ body
Sybil Tebbutt is one of our newest starters and brings with her no end of enthusiasm and spirit. Management have noted her success particularly on the sales progression front, with her terrier-esque tenacity fitting the offices approach to this element of the job. Sybil moved out of the Oxford area relatively recently and is still discovering Farnham and the surrounding areas. Given her favourite pastime is going for walks in the local parks we’re sure she will be a local expert in no time. Always ‘on the ball’ and fiercely independent the future is certainly looking bright for young Sybil.
Louie Schoeman
Louie Schoeman
Ensuring our workforce remains diverse, Louie is our latest four-legged team member. He is mostly based in Watford however is fortunate enough to spend at least one day a week in our Farnham branch with his Human, Leila. His favourite past times involve football and wind breaking. Both to a professional standard. Despite this, he needs a stick to keep the women at bay. Especially Trish.
