Richard brings a wealth of experience to Warren Powell-Richards Fleet, his Estate Agency career started in 1989 and he has guided 1000’s of happy clients to find or sell their homes across Surrey and Hampshire.
He started working in Fleet in 1991 and is experienced in dealing with a wide variety of town and country properties including those in Fleet’s Blue Triangle, Elvetham Heath and village locations including Hartley Wintney and Winchfield.
Outside of work, Richard and his wife enjoy gardening, property refurbishment and travelling to different corners of the world. His daughter hasn't quite followed in her fathers footsteps, she works for a local firm of Solicitors and is currently sitting exams for her legal qualifications.
Nick Warren FNAEA
Nick has been selling properties all his working life, including a successful career in Fleet in the early 1990’s. Nick has always been a Hampshire resident and was educated locally at Lord Wandsworth College and Eggar's Grammar School. With a busy career in Estate Agency, there isn't much time left for other pursuits, however Nick still manages an encyclopaedic knowledge of Aldershot Town Football Club and an active interest in the countryside and maps. A Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents, Nick is married with a daughter and a son.
Dean has an extensive background incorporating both the digital and commercial sectors, but most recently and for several years Dean has been developing properties as well as managing numerous refurbishment projects.
Having lived for much of his life in Ealing, West London, Dean and his family saw the merits of living in the Home Counties and now lives happily in Fleet with his wife and two sons that attend the much admired Court Moor School.
Away from the office, Dean is keen on all sports and supports Brentford Football Club, loves tennis and runs in half marathons.
Simon has lived in the local area for more than 40 years, with a strong background in the property industry including overseas, he prides himself on the quality of service he gives his clients.
Simon regards Fleet as a town that stands head and shoulders above others for its above average quality of life and has enjoyed introducing quality tenants to all of his clients, many recommending him to friends as a result.
In his spare time, Simon enjoys time with his wife and two children, he plays percussion drums and is also a keen amateur cook, always to be found in the kitchen tinkering with strange and exotic ingredients in the hope of coming up with something palatable! A lifetime Leeds United supporter.
Diane has been involved with property for many years, although initially focusing on a career in retail and hospitality, she has unrivalled experience in customer service roles and due to various new build and refurbishment projects, she has the knowledge to advise clients and customers in choosing and adapting their homes.
Away from the office, Diane enjoys walking and socialising as well as spending time with her family and grandchildren, one of which is an active player at Fleet Spurs.
